Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cun99 ("cun99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online entertainment platform accessible at https://cun99.asia. Account Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are satisfied at the time of registration and remain satisfied throughout your use of the platform. cun99 reserves the right to request supporting evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and promotions on the cun99 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cun99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

As part of our KYC obligations, cun99 may require you to submit copies of government-issued identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad, Passport or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months) and, where applicable, a selfie holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by cun99 may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account closure.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the cun99 platform you agree to the following conditions of use:

1. You will use the cun99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and will not attempt to profit from the platform in any systematic or organised manner that constitutes professional gambling for commercial gain.
2. You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any other automated means to interact with the cun99 platform without prior written authorisation from cun99.
3. You will not attempt to gain unfair advantage through exploitation of software bugs, errors, glitches or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void and may be reclaimed by cun99.

6. You acknowledge that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes where applicable, and that historical outcomes have no bearing on future results.
7. You will comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and any other laws applicable in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the cun99 platform.

Deposits & Payments

cun99 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, which may include FPX, DuitNow, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay, subject to availability and your account verification status at the time of the transaction. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. cun99 reserves the right to return any deposit to its source and to suspend Accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified or appears inconsistent with the account holder's profile.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. cun99 may request additional documentation where the withdrawal amount exceeds internal thresholds or where unusual account activity is identified.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. cun99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before those funds become withdrawable. Real-money Balance that was not subject to a bonus is generally withdrawable subject to verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. Processing times vary by payment method; standard processing is typically completed within one to five business days, though specific timeframes are not guaranteed.
• cun99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requests for bank statements, source of wealth declarations or other supporting documentation.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where cun99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, cun99 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, birthday incentives, referral credits and other promotional offers to eligible Account holders. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

General conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• cun99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified of any material change to the terms of that promotion.
• Promotional offers are intended for individual entertainment use only. Systematic abuse, including the use of multiple Accounts or collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
• Mock figures presented in cun99 marketing materials — for example, birthday bonus tier amounts of RM188 to RM2,688 or referral rewards of RM38 per successful referral — are illustrative examples only and are subject to the specific eligibility conditions, tier requirements and promotional terms published at the time of each offer. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cun99 platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the cun99 platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification or any subsequent account review process.
• Using the platform while under the legal minimum age of 21 years, or knowingly facilitating access to the platform by an underage individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors or processing delays for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including charge-backs, payment reversals intended to recover funds already wagered, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Any conduct intended to facilitate or constitute money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communication directed toward cun99 staff or other platform users through any available channel.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the cun99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, page layout, game content, promotional materials, software and underlying code — is the exclusive property of cun99 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cun99 platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any cun99 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on cun99 content.
• Use any cun99 trade marks, service marks or brand identifiers without explicit written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the cun99 platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cun99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the cun99 platform, including without limitation any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits or reputational harm.

cun99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where the platform is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party payment system outages or events outside cun99's reasonable control, cun99's liability is limited to restoring service as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cun99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

cun99 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among its users. Access to the cun99 platform is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment with a clearly defined personal budget — not as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or addressing financial hardship.
